Michael Harrison has over 20 years in the catering business.  A self taught enthusiast with a grounding from Bolton Catering College. 


Michael has extensive experience in setting up new catering ventures and can assist you with every step of developing your business ideas; designing and organising your kitchen and workspace, devise menus etc.  He is also available to advise on such culinary headaches as the menu for your wedding breakfast and what you should serve your Japanese businessmen.


Michael will work closely with you to help make your dreams and ambitions a reality.
