Demonstrations & Masterclasses Michael is not only an expert chef, he is also an expert and entertaining teacher.
Need to learn how to cook? Is there a
particular dish which you have always wanted to master, but it just never turns
out right? Have a One 2 One Cookery Class
with Michael. These are available at your home from £125.00 for 4 hours plus
1 hour consultation to assess your requirements beforehand. Are you organising a Country Fayre or looking for something different for your company's monthly get together or perhaps your wanting to raise money through a charity event? Michael can offer a Masterclass in which guests can see Michael preparing a starter, main course and dessert. Michael gives you step by step instructions throughout the masterclass as to how each dish is prepared and will even provide you with the recipies so you can go home and try recreate them in your own home. After each course, the food is then served to the guests, along with other taster dishes. The number of places on the masterclass are dependent on the location, which can be your place of work, marquee or village hall. Please contact us for more information.

If you are looking for something a little bit different at your annual event or country fayre, why not book Michael to do a cookery demonstration? Guaranteed to attract a enthusiasts and Foodies keen to learn new ideas and sample gourmet food. Earlier this year we were asked by the producers of the TV programme 'Grubs Up' if it would be possible for them to film us catering for a function. So. after consulting with the client, we agreed for them to film a wedding reception at The Palm House in Liverpool. Simon Rimmer's 'Grubs Up' is currently being shown through May and June on Thursday nights on Granada TV.
Michael will also be appearing at the Royal Lancashire Show over the weekend of 21st - 23rd July 2006.
